RL-80K Curtain Sheet

1. The curtain sheet uses aluminum alloy as its primary material. The middle is filled with high-density polyurethane insulation material, achieving the effects of heat insulation, heat preservation, and soundproofing.

2. Due to the physical characteristics of the rolling garage door operating structure, the aluminum profile design is optimized. Based on safety and durability, the curtain sheet is made lighter to increase its service life. The front surface of the sheet has no stress points and its thickness is 1.0mm. The connection point between two curtain sheets, which is the stress point of the entire door, has a wall thickness of 2.25mm. The thickness of the formed curtain sheet is 20mm, with an effective height of 80mm. The overall sheet shape is straight.

3. The interior is designed with tensile strength treatment to increase the strength of the curtain sheet. The “R” joint has a solid circular shaft design with a thickness of 3.0mm, ensuring that the sheet cannot be easily bent and effectively preventing collisions. The surface coating undergoes a process of oxidation treatment, which can maintain its color for up to 10 years without fading.
